Help Desk



Abstract:

The Help Desk was established in 1420 to serve the students of Computer Science Department in the  Faculty of Science by the contribution of His Excellency Dr. / Daniyal Ghazawi, His Excellency Dr. / Kamal Jambi. It was reactive in 1430 A.H. to be under the leadership of His Excellency the Dean of college of Computing and Information Technology  Prof. Dr. Khaled Bin Abdullah Al-Faqih. Under the supervision of general supervisor of the laboratory and College techniques Dr. / Daniel Ben Mohammed al-Ghazawi.

Functions of the Help Desk:

Assist students in solving their problems as follows:
• Problems related to their e-mails.
• The help desk funcions as a link between the student and faculty members.
• It is used to respond to queries from students in solving the problems of computer and others electronically or  by telephone.
• It is used to familiarize new students with college potential entrants.
• It assists anyone who wants to buy a new computer  to get it with the best standards and lowest prices.
• It provides the students with programs licensed by the university.
• It publishes monthly  introductory issue about  computer and offer it to the students and staff of the college.
• It is used to keep lost items inside the building.

From 7:30 am to 10:00 pm
