Electronic Announcement Techology

• In order to ensure that there is no overload on the current internet network, a new network has been established. The new network is used for the electronic announcements that appear on the screens:

A-  The Ground floor:
   - 3 screens: size 55-inch allocated for the announcements of every department.
    - 2  screens: size 55-inch allocated for the internal or external announcements 
    of the students
 

B- the first Floor:

-      There is one screen for every department. Announcements that can appear on these screens include the department-specific information and announcements such as the  Head of Department, Academic Supervisors, the plan of study, tracks etc…

C- The Second Floor:

-      There is one screen that displays information about the academic staff members of the faculty.

-      Another screen is allocated for the staff members of the faculty administration.

-      The third screen is allocated for the academic staff members who are in charge of administrative assignments.
