Definition of ISO Standards:

ISO 9001:2008 is an international standardization for the quality management systems. It consists of standards that perform different arranged activities for regulating and controlling quality in organizations. The standards of these specifications are based on eight basic requirements through which an organization’s quality policy and management of the input and output processes are assessed.
It is worth noting that all the companies or organizations that have received the ISO 9001 are periodically audited by the accreditation and certification bodies to check their conformance with ISO 9001 and in order to assure the continual process of development and progress in the concerned company or organization.


The ISO Accreditation and Certification Body:

The Accreditation and Certification Body of the ISO is the BVQi Company which is a British Company (French in origin) that is one of the biggest international companies that offers third-party certification services of quality management systems and accreditation of the different technological operating systems form the year 1988.

This company has the authority to grant more than 30 types of accreditation in different fields such as: quality, safety, environment, information security, and social responsibility. This company has more than 140 branches in more than 140 countries. It provides different services in the fields of public and private sectors, in the training & consultation and accreditation fields for more than 55000 clients all over the world.
