The Objectives of the Contest

This competition is considered a natural result of a healthy competition among the FCIT staff members, in order to win the first position in the contest. This contest, undoubtedly, enhances the level of  competition. The goals of the “Ideal Employee” Contest enhance the employees and creates an atmosphere of competition at work. It boosts the level of efficiency and performance in general and it also creates a sense of career belonging and it encourages career development, innovation, revival, sense of effective control and ongoing follow-up & evaluation, and the other objectives of the contest as stated earlier under the Rules and Regulations of the Ideal Employee Contest.
