Description:
This program aids the teacher of the Holy Quran memorization seminars and reduces the burden on him through preparing the plans for each student in the seminar according to certain parameters set by the teacher for each student.
This program specifies the category of students for each plan. Each category is divided into three levels. This makes the program interactive with the teacher so that it can notify the teacher when a student fails to satisfy the set parameters or in the case the student does well. The teacher can increase or decrease the level of the plan.
The specification of the categories:
Beginners: Level 1 , level II , LEVEL III, intermediate and according to the teachers experience. This would make our system an expert.
This program also follows up each student through his attendance or absence or being committed to the plan. Thus report can be prepared according to these criteria and then sent to the supervisor. In addition to interacting with the students parents by sending them SMSes.
The parents, the supervisor, and the teacher can follow-up the plan using a web-site on the internet.
